HGX (housing)

I am finding HGX interesting because its has caught its daily upper BB and is pushing it higher. The daily MAs are starting to turn up also. Personally, I’m not looking for specific plays in this sector. However, I do think it is useful to keep an eye on how the sector is moving because of the implications that this sector can have on our economy. It looks like HGX could be heading towards 180.
XLF (financials)

XLF has recaptured its daily upper BB and is riding it higher. It closed above a critical resistance at 35.5 this week. This is a bullish sign. I still like GS and MA, MA a little more than GS, now that it’s gotten over $150 and gaining momentum. BSC, which was also mentioned last weekend, gained almost +10 points this week!
BTK (biotech)

BTK is now in the record high territory! It has broken above 840, a barrier that it couldn’t break through back in April. As I have been saying for couple of months now, money is rotating back into this sector. Besides, CELG, GENZ, ONXX, CEPH, IMCL, OSIP, I’m adding AMGN and AMAG, this week. PDLI is also interesting, for a potential buyout.
INX2 (Internet)

INX2 is very strong and jumped another +4.43 points on Friday. AMZN has been trading sideways for 2 weeks now and could be interesting if it break $95. GOOG seems to be poised to go above $600 soon. PCLN is still making new all-time highs. NTGR just woke up last week. HHH (Internet ETF) could be a good way to play this sector also.
FXI (Chinese ADRs)

FXI is back above $190, closing at $191.60 on Friday. You can find the usual suspects on Happy’s Watchlist. I also like JASO and EDU.
Industrial Goods
This sector has been busy lately. Some of the names that I like are: JCI, IR, PCP, CMI.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
